Meet Our Ranking Officers

Commander Fabela served nine (9) years in the United States Marine Corp. His time cut short after surviving captivity as a POW and ending his career as a Master Staff Sergeant. After his time in the military, he dedicated his time to serving his community as an electrician often assisting those in need and donating his time and expertise to the community of San Antonio and surrounding areas. He also served as the Seargent of the Color Guard for Audie L. Murphy Post 336 in Leon Valley taking their color guard to competition for the first time and receiving the first-place award, ever received in Post 336. His last year he donated 1,000 hours to serving the community of Leon Valley which included funeral detail, marching in the Parades, teaching at churches, schools, libraries, and SAMS Club about what the flag represents, and how to be respectful when handling "Old Glory". He decided to join the private security industry to offer a different prospective on courage, service, and protection. 

Chief Favela has been in the Private Security industry for nine (9) years. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He believes in loyalty, courage, and strength. He believes that all these things have contributed to his ability in his success throughout his years in security. From parking lot security to bar/club security to hotel security to construction security to apartment security to corporate security and everything in between. Chief Favela has experience that has earned him his title. He is guaranteed to handle any and all situations; in turn he trains his team to do the same.
